Skills and Employment Programme in Bangladesh (SEP-B)

০২। প্রকল্পের উদ্দেশ্যঃ

i) To develop innovative scalable and industry demand-driven training models.

ii) To getat least 110,000 poor men and women trained through Private Training Providers (PTPs) as well as Private  Industries in occupations demanded by the RMG and the Construction sectors, out of which 80,000 through PTPs and 30,000 through private sector ITF.

iii) Out of these 110,000 at least 65% will be linked to semi-skilled or skilled jobs in RMG and Housing & construction  sectors in Bangladesh;

iv) Training packages including curriculum, training materials, competency frameworks, a credible accreditation system, assessment systems and standards for trades will be developed and implemented in two targeted sectors.
